As a Customer Success Associate, you will be the bridge between our esteemed clients and our technical team. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our clients derive maximum value from our offerings, leading to their success and, in turn, ours.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Training: Guide new partners through the onboarding process and provide training to ensure they utilize our SaaS products to their fullest potential.
  • Customer Advocacy: Engage with customers across various channels, understanding their needs, and ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Solution Crafting: Develop and refine techno-commercial solutions, collaborating closely with both customers and our in-house technical team.
  • Post-Delivery Ownership: Ensure post-delivery support, maintain the quality of our service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical, and product teams to ensure alignment and deliver a holistic customer experience.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to enhance our products and services.
  • Renewal and Retention: Proactively engage with customers as their renewal dates approach, ensuring they understand the value they've received and addressing any concerns that might prevent renewal.

Best suited for candidates who

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a drone-centric role.
  • Experience in the commercial drone industry, with a preference for those who've engaged with a diverse clientele.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks.
  • A genuine passion for ensuring customer success.

Compensation:
