Digital Marketing Associate

We’re looking for a creative, passionate, all-star digital marketing expert to plan, develop and execute marketing and lead generation campaigns for a fast-paced, high growth B2B software startup. We are in search of a perfect elixir of marketing, design and communication skills that are useful to our organization. Your core activities include executing marketing campaigns, customer content, and developing landing pages. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and should be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The digital marketing associate will work with the marketing, design, and business development teams.

Role and Responsibilities:

Web Marketing: 

  • Build engaging, high-converting landing pages.
  • Experiment on a continuous basis to improve website performance.
  • Manage the underlying tech stack - Webflow, GTM, Google Analytics, and other integrations.
  • Own the technical SEO to optimize website performance.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):

  • Continuously improve website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Implement SEO strategies & perform competitive analysis to improve traffic.
  • Identify trends & insights, optimise & increase performance on all digital platforms based on insights.

Best suited for candidates who

Best suited for candidates who (Skills/Experience):

  • Have a background and experience in B2B marketing for software products.
  • Have a strong background in inbound marketing & strategy, lead generation and content writing.
  • Have prior hands-on experience with No Code & Marketing tools, Webflow, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Zapier, etc.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Possess the ability to own projects from start to finish. The ability to be a strong, consistent, clear voice at the table.
  • Possess initiative & leadership skills — ability to proactively address a situation or problem, even though it wasn’t explicitly expected of you.
  • Are a quick learner & have hands on skills — ability to learn quickly from online courses and tutorials, and put the knowledge into action.
  • Have the problem solver skills & entrepreneurial spirit — ability to creatively solve problems and thrive when presented with a challenge.
  •  Are tech savvy and keen interest towards robotics, drones, AI and IoT domains.

Compensation:
