Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in undertaking all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires, in order to support the recruitment plans. The role would involve the following key activities: Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles. Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers. Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Plan, execute and measure the ROI of the jobs. 
  • Coordinate with hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have multitasking ability to manage multiple job roles at a time. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with others. 
  • Interested in interacting with candidates, students and professional expertise. 
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Internshala, Indeed, etc.

Compensation:
