Details of the Fellowship

Phase one

In the first phase of our 12-month fellowship program, candidates will immerse themselves in the world of FlytBase. They will understand our work, familiarize themselves with our projects, and get to know our team members. This phase sets the foundation for a successful fellowship journey, allowing fellows to gain insights and choose a team that aligns with their interests and aspirations.

Phase two

During the second phase of our fellowship program, fellows work on challenging problems and take strategic initiatives. With guidance and autonomy, they can showcase their skills and creativity, make decisions, and take ownership of their projects, all while working towards their individual goals. This is an exciting phase where fellows can make a tangible difference.

Phase three

During phase three, we conduct thorough performance reviews taking into account accomplishments, growth, and overall contribution. Based on this, we work with the fellows to identify the next team they would like to join. This marks a milestone where fellows continue to grow and develop skills. Phase four
